1. Selection of soybean raw materials

In the expansion solvent extraction process, soybeans are expanded at high temperature and high pressure to make their structure more porous, and then oil is extracted with organic solvent. The residual oil rate is only 1%, and the oil yield is significantly improved, but some nutrients may be lost. Different processes should be reasonably selected according to the demand.
