4. Refining equipment

The extracted crude oil usually contains impurities, which need to be removed by refining process to improve the quality and safety of oil. Refining equipment includes degumming machine, deacidification tower, decoloration tower and deodorization tower, etc. These devices remove phospholipids, free fatty acids, pigments and odor substances from crude oil by physical or chemical methods, thus producing edible oil that meets food safety standards.

5. Auxiliary equipment

In the whole process of oil processing, some auxiliary equipment is needed to improve production efficiency or meet specific needs. For example, conveying equipment (such as belt conveyor and screw conveyor) and packaging equipment. These auxiliary equipment play an important role in the whole production line.
