The equipment of evaporation process should be cleaned once every 30 to 40 days, and the condenser should be overhauled twice a year and cleaned once. At the same time, instruments such as pressure gauges and thermometers are regularly overhauled to ensure their accuracy and reliability.
Before the equipment is started or after a long-term shutdown, the running parts should be carefully inspected to ensure good lubrication, no looseness of transmission parts, smooth manual operation and no abnormal noise. In addition, it is necessary to check whether the protective facilities are complete and the equipment can be started only after it is confirmed.
