Correct temperature setting method of oil press
Temperature control is directly related to the oil output, oil color and taste. If the temperature is too high, the oil will be burnt and the oil color will be black. If the temperature is too low, the oil will be unsmooth and there will be more oil residue. Therefore, it is very important to master the correct temperature setting of the oil press.

1. Select the temperature according to the oil type.
Different oilseeds have their own optimum temperature range for oil extraction. Before use, you should consult the oilseed characteristics or equipment instructions and set them according to the recommended temperature.
2. Fully preheat
The oil press should be fully preheated before starting to make the internal temperature of the machine uniform and stable before feeding. The preheating time is generally 5 ~ 15 minutes, depending on the specific model.
3. Real-time monitoring and adjustment
Pay close attention to the temperature change during oil extraction. If it is found that the oil yield is low or the oil content of oil residue is high, the temperature can be raised appropriately; If the oil is found to be too dark or burnt, the temperature should be lowered immediately.
4. Influence of ambient temperature
When the ambient temperature is low in winter, the actual working temperature of the oil press may be lower than the set value, and the set temperature can be appropriately raised to compensate. In summer, on the other hand, attention should be paid to prevent the temperature from being too high.
In a word, the temperature of oil extraction is not fixed, and it should be adjusted flexibly in combination with oilseed types, seasonal environment and actual oil output state. Insist on preheating first and observing frequently, you can give consideration to both oil production efficiency and edible oil quality.
